Olympic Champion sponsored event

In November, Fernvale was visited by gold medal-winning Olympic swimmer, Jo Jackson.  She put all the children through their paces throughout the afternoon  as part of a sponsored event to raise money for a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) in the key stage 2 playground.  We raised well over £1000 which will be split between the MUGA fund and supporting UK athletes in the run up to the 2016 Olympic games.
